Kerlink tutorial
Watteco's devices are compatible with the Kerlink gateway LoRa IoT Station SPN.
The firmware version is: 4.0.1.
To start using the gateway, upgrade it first to SPN version. Then connect to the web interface by entering the ip address of the gateway in the web browser.
The access to the web interface is protected by a login and a password.
The web interface allows to configure and manage SPN station and to monitor packets reception in real-time. All station parameters can be configured.
Configuration
• Region specific: select the ISM band according to the geographic region
• TX radiofrequency: allows to configure emission radio-frequency.
• LoRa network: the LoRa NwkID has to be set to 0.
Main menu
• Fleet: this page allows to register new devices in ABP or OTAA.
• RX Data: this page lists all received data, you can download all the frames in a csv file.
• Tx Data: this page allows to send and monitor data sending to devices.
A downstream message may take the following states:
→ "Confirmed data down" frames:
Pending: the message cannot be transmitted now because at least one message has been queued before.
Active: the message is ready for transmission but it has not been transmitted yet
Try #1: the message has been sent one time, ACK has not been received.
Try #2: the message has been sent one time, ACK has not been received.
Try #3: the message has been sent one time, ACK has not been received.
Try #4: the message has been sent one time, ACK has not been received.
Try #5: the message has been sent one time, ACK has not been received. If no ACK is received in next upstream, state will be FAILED.
Success: the message has been transmitted successfully.
Failed: the message has not been transmitted sucessfully.
→ "Unconfirmed data down" frames:

Sent: the message has been sent successfully.
